Do you watch Alone and wonder if you’d have what it takes? This is your chance to find out: spend four days camping in the Swedish wilderness with your new tribe, learning bushcraft from expert instructors (including past Alone contestants) as you master fire-making, fishing, foraging, shelter-building, and survival psychology, gaining new skills and confidence every day.

Survive

Then it’s time to go solo. You’ll hike to your own lakeside spot with just a handful of items: knife, pot, sleeping bag. For three nights, you’ll be fully on your own. You’ll make shelter, source water, forage or fish, and face the reality of being truly alone.

Celebrate

On the final morning, you’ll be rescued. greeted with snacks and a drink. before heading to what feels like a 10★ hotel for hot showers, a survival feast, and story swapping with your fellow survivors.

  • Day 1: We meet you in Sundsvall and head into the Swedish wilderness together. By the time we reach base camp, the briefing is done and the training has already begun.
  • Day 2: Today is about food. Foraging, plant identification, fishing, animal tracking, trapping theory. We don’t trap or kill in southern Sweden but you’ll understand the principles by the end of it.
  • Day 3: Fire. Every method, every technique. In the afternoon we move to shelter construction, cordage weaving, and knot tying.
  • Day 4: More shelter work, cordage, and knots. There’s more to it than a single afternoon.
  • Day 5: The final day of training. Survival psychology, mindset, strategy. Water procurement and purification. Wilderness cooking. Long-term survival thinking. By the end of today you’ll have everything you need.
  • Day 6: This is it. After breakfast each person makes their way to their solo position along the lake. Limited kit, three days ahead of you, and the choice to pair up if you’d rather not go it alone. Most people surprise themselves.
  • Day 7: You wake up to mist over the lake and throw your line out for breakfast. The solitude is doing something to you by now, whether you’re aware of it or not.
  • Day 8: When did you last go three days without speaking to another person? It doesn’t take long before you start noticing things about yourself that ordinary life keeps buried.
  • Day 9: You made it. Rescue arrives and we head back to Sundsvall. A hotel that now feels like the finest place on earth, the best shower of your life, and a lunch worth three days of waiting. That evening the tribe reunites for a proper meal and the stories start coming out.
  • Day 10: Departure.
  • Included: 5 days training, 3-day solo survival, kit (tent/camping gear), meals + drinks, transfers, final night hotel.
  • Not included: International flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses.
  • Is it really solo?
    Yes, unless you opt to pair up.
  • What about safety?
    Full “invisible safety net”. instructors close by, emergency support on call.
  • What if I want to quit?
    Instructors nearby; you can tap out anytime.
  • Do I need experience?
    None required. all skills taught during training.
  • How isolated am I?
    No contact with others; you’ll be spaced out along the lake.
